What We Do.
At Measured Value LLC, we are proactive results coaches. We work with leaders and teams to guide them to achieve their desired results. We leverage our 4-Phase approach, The Measured Value Way to guide leaders and teams throughout the result life cycle enabling you to achieve success. You define your desired results, goals, or objectives. What we do is coach, mentor, train, and guide you and your team leveraging a variety of tools, templates, methods and techniques combined with hands-on consulting services, advice and training to make your journey to achieve your desired result a success.
How We Do It
We are Result Coaches. We start with our proprietary, robust yet simple guidebook titled The Measured Value Way: Guiding Leaders and Teams to Result Success. We provide the insights, lessons, training, tools, templates, and techniques to take you from where you are today to where you want to be tomorrow. Our guidebook has 4 phases, as shown in the Results Life Cycle. Within each phase, we provide step-by-step narratives, examples, templates, tools, and techniques to guide learning and stage execution. At the end of each stage, you will find blank templates, spreadsheets, and forms that you can apply to your specific situation. Our guidebook provides you with a “How To” approach, walking you through the Result Life Cycle and providing a model for how to achieve your desired results. Finally, we augment this with hands-on consulting services to help you succeed.

With 45 years of global experience spanning Fortune 500 companies and startups, John’s career is a testament to the Measured Value Approach. His roles have included Senior Partner at Ernst & Young, VP at Cap Gemini, CIO at Valassis Communications, Managing Director at LogicaCMG, GM at Microsoft, and Global Practice Leader at AWS.
